GOLDEN SoFlat Matte Payne’s Gray

Description

• An homage to British painter William Payne, early formulas contained indigo, alizarin lake, and ivory black. Now, more commonly, a mixture of ultramarine blue and black, it is easier to control and less intense than black as a mixing color
• ASTM Lightfastness I (Excellent); Opaque; Pigment(s): PB29 (Polysulfide of Sodium-Alumino-Silicate), PBk7 (Nearly Pure Amorphous Carbon); Vegan
• FLAT, OPAQUE COLOR is achieved more easily with SoFlat. A unique blend of excellent coverage, matte finish and flowing, leveling consistency allows artists to create immersive fields of color without the distraction of texture and glare.
• VELVETY SMOOTH, DURABLE SURFACE when dry with excellent water resistance for the matte, opaque look of gouache without its limitations.
• Made in the USA with globally sourced materials by an employee-owned company with more than 40 years of experience making paint for professional artists
